Takeaways pay a flat monthly subscription of £99 by Direct Debit. There is no commission on orders.

Customer card payments are made directly to your own Stripe account. Stripe’s card processing fees are charged to you by Stripe, including on refunded or disputed payments.

You are responsible for your menu, prices, allergen information, food hygiene and any alcohol licensing.

If a subscription payment fails, your listing remains visible for 7 days before it is paused until payment is made.
